All classes are powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises, variety and the best instruction you'll find in Northern Michigan! Participation in my fitness program will make it easy for you to meet your exercise needs by giving you a fun and effective workout that is sure to keep you energized. Classes are well-structured and can be tailored to each individual’s fitness level. With varying class formats that incorporate cardio, strength, core, dance, mind/body and more -There is something for everyone. Plus, you can be sure that you won't be bored and that we will target all of your fitness goals.

Get Your Current Class Schedule
- Drop-In: You may pay as you go for Studio classes @ $8.00 / class ~ Aqua Fit $15 / class.
- Two Month Class Credits: You may purchase Studio class credits in advance @ $6.00 / class. Class credits are good for 60 days from the day of purchase.
- One Month Class Credits: You may purchase Studio class credits for the current month @ $5.00 / class ~ Aqua Fit $10 / Class. Class credits are good for 30 days from the day of purchase.
- If class is canceled, a credit will be applied to the next month or the expiration time will be extended.
